The HydraStar # HSE7K-TR1 disc brake kit you mentioned is designed for 7K axles. I don't have access to a database that would tell me what your 5th wheel came equipped from the factory with, but it's pretty easy to figure out. The disc brake rotors included in the kit will replace hub/drums that use the 25580 inner and 14125A outer wheel bearing and the GL-2250DL grease seal all of which are typical for a 7K axle.
